Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition — unused, unmarked, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom or personalised prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return

1. Email us at admin@thedukedon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
